My tips on making the most perfect onion stock thats full of flavor!

No waste.... use what you have on hand!
you can throw other veggies in or use just onions!
sweet onions give a smidge of sweetness
any onion will do!
cut off the roots, those will never fully be clean
wash everything including the skins!
kinds are great but using whole onions will give you a rich stock, not a watery one!
peppercorns, sea salt or canning salt, turmeric and a couple of bay leaves is what I use
variety is the spice of life! throw it all in! hahaha

use this stock for vegetable dishes, chicken, beef, seafood, anything your heart desires. cheap and easy!!!!
