I've included an image at the end of the video showing the current stats of my Victreebel after using x200 Bellsprout Candy on it form the grinding I did in this area.

Coming back to Viridian Forest my main goal for this trip was to grind levels and candy for money. After I did that I figured I might as well stay in the area until my target of Shiny Bellsprout appeared. I did find a shiny Kakuna again but I didn't catch it so I let it despawn and waited until Bellsprout shined.
