Tamiya 1/35 U.S. 81mm Mortar Carrier M21 - Kit Review

Reviewing Tamiya's, 1/35 scale, M21, 81mm Mortar Carrier, half-track, re-released in 2023, under Kit No. 35083. Part of Tamiya's re-issue of it's classic U.S. half-track series from the 1970's, this particular kit was first released in 1976, under Kit No. MM 183.

As well as the 1970's classic style assembly instructions, this nicely detailed kit includes, parts and accessories for 4 U.S. Army figures, vinyl tracks and tyres, a plastic pre-cut windscreen sheet, detailed interior, optional free standing or vehicle mounted 81mm mortar, optional canvas cover frame work, with instructions on creating your own canvas cover, and a decal sheet with options for 3 M21's (2 x WW2, 1 x Post-War).
