Tree planting isn't just good for the environment, creating green spaces, gardening and being out in nature is incredibly beneficial to our mental health and wellbeing. Spending time in nature and among the greenery of plants can help improve your mood, help you feel more connected to nature and even connect to the local community and meet new people.
