Nutty chocolate bites | chocolate | party | easy recipes

Ingredients:

Greek Yogurt - ½ cup
Unsweetened Peanut Butter - 1½ tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Lotus Biscoff spread (optional) - 1½ tbsp

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup of yogurt, 1½ tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey.
2. To this add 1½ tbsp of lotus biscoff spread. (This is optional).
3. Combine everything well.
4. Gently scoop portions of the mixture onto a plate that's lined with parchment paper.
5. Place the bites in a freezer for about 1½ to 2 hours.

Dark Chocolate - 100 gms
Crushed fried nuts - to sprinkle

Method: (melting chocolate using double boiler)
1. Keep water to boil on low flame.
2. Once it starts to boil, place a heat-safe bowl for melting chocolate.
3. Chocolate melts in 5 to 7 minutes.
4. Once the bites are taken out from freezer, coat these bites with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed fried peanuts and cashews.
5. Repeat for the rest.
6. Freeze for one hour.
7. Nutty chocolate bites are ready.
