This Build is extremely useful against healing champs and can be great with damage too since it stops healing and gives hella damage with Blood thruster.

This First items or mythic items can be choosen.
1. Hextech Rocket build
2. Divine surrender
3. Tri-force

Works great against
Atrox - top
Soraka - supp
Kayn - jg
Any healing champ from any lane is really weak against this build
But Thornmail and Death Dance is highly mandatory to stop the anti healing

Pros and cons :-

Pros 1:- It is highly effective against Graves and veigo which of them has alot of healing.
Pros 2:- It gives hella damage
Pros 3:- Stops 30% instant healing from any top champ especially against Atrox

Con 1 :- It is a squishy build so the grandmaster will probably quite squishy
Con 2:- very useless against Heavy Armored Tanks
