This balance sequence is fun but also balancing for the mind. We start and end with an alternate nostril breath to balance the mind and move into some floor and then standing postures. Balance postures help to bring alignment to ourselves on and off the mat. We can notice a difference in each leg and even each day which can relate to how balanced we are feeling in our mental state. Physically, balance postures are great for you core, legs and centre of gravity.
