The Rossmoor Homeowners Association (RHA, https://OurRossmoor.com) presents the 2024 Meet Your Candidates Forum in Rossmoor, Orange County, California. This segment features the candidates for California's 45th Congressional District.

We invited candidates Michelle Steel & Derek Tran to submit their written responses to our neighborhood's questions and attend out Candidates to respond to some additional community question to help voters make their decision for the 2024 Election. Unfortunately, Michelle Steel was unable to attend.

The RHA is dedicated to fostering community involvement, neighborhood safety, and ensuring that Rossmoor continues to be a fantastic place to live. In this forum, candidates answer a series of pre-submitted questions, giving all attendees a clear, fair perspective on the issues that matter most to our unincorporated community.

Located in the western part of Orange County, California, Rossmoor is home to more than 11,000 residents. Our community is nestled between Seal Beach, Los Alamitos, and the Orange County line, and is a part of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. For those eager to make an informed decision ahead of the November 2024 election, this forum is essential viewing. Ballots will start arriving in Rossmoor mailboxes the week of October 7th.

Established as Rossmoor was being built in 1957, the RHA creates fun community events, promotes neighborhood safety and preparedness, provides a communication conduit, and advocates for Rossmoor residents to protect and enhance the quality of life in Rossmoor and the surrounding area. The RHA is a member funded community service organization that works to keep Rossmoor a great place to live.

Rossmoor is located in the western portion of Orange County in Southern California. It is an unincorporated area with more than 3500 homes and 11,000 residents and is part of the Los Alamitos Unified School District. Seal Beach is to the south and east of Rossmoor; Los Alamitos to the north and east and the Orange County line makes up its western border.
