1. The beam is connected to the slider, and the oil pipes on the two sliders pass through the beam
2. Tighten the slider screws on both sides slightly
3. Prepare marble square ruler and dial indicator
4. Use a marble ruler and dial indicator to measure the verticality of the X and Y axes (keep the parameters of the table basically unchanged)
5. After correcting the verticality, tighten the slider screw
6. Re-measure the verticality after tightening the slider screws, same measurement procedure as above
7. Install Y-axis reducer
8. Use 0.5mm solder wire between gear and rack
9. Push the beam by hand to make the gear pass through the solder wire
10. Measuring flat solder wire with a micrometer, the measurement accuracy is maintained between 0.05 wire and 0.06 wire
11. Adjust the gap between the gear and the rack through the fixed block on the outside of the reducer
12. Fixed reducer
13. Install Y-axis motor
