Helo everyone hope you are fine today i am share with you one of my personal favrouit dawat special recipe of chinese chicken kung pao and jangli pulao. Both recipes are super tasty and easy so must try this new recipe and share your experience with me.

🔷️ Ingredients for jangli pulao
oil 1/2 cup
ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
chicken boneless 400g - 500g
salt 1.5 tbs
black peper 1 tbs
whole spice powder 1 tbs
chicken cube 1
china salt 1 tbs
carrot 3
cabbage as required
capsicum as required
water 1200 ml -1300ml or as required
rice 750 g
food colour
green onion as required

🔷️ Ingredients for kung pao chicken marination
chicken 500g
ginger garlic past 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
chili flakes 1/2 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
black peper 1/2 tsp
saseme seed oil 1 tbs or use olive oil
chili sauce 1 tbs
soya sauce 1 tbs
corn flour 2 tbs

🔷️ Ingredients for kung pao sauce
vineger 1 tbs
dark soya sauce 1 tbs or use light soya
tomato paste 2 tbs or use tomayo ketcup
honey 1 tsp
chicken stock 1 cup
corn flour 2 tbs

🔷️ Ingredients for kung pao
oil 2 tbs
chopped garlic 1 tsp
chopped ginger 1 tsp
chopped red chili 1 tbs
marinated chicken
onion cube cut as required
capsicum cube cut as required
prepared sauce
penut 1/2 cup or as required
green onion as required
