There is a correction on calculating the standard deviation example math for PERT
The error is I wrote Tp-To=11 on the 3rd row. but here the calculation is wrong. The actual ans is 6. Rest of the calculation are okay.

One more thing at the end I write there will be a delay. It does not mean the delay is 78.74%.
Since it is a probability value so to calculate the actual delay you have to subtract the value from 1 = ( 1 - 78.74%) = 0.2126 = 21.26%
