We were able to surprise a family with a life-changing moment. The father had been imprisoned due to unpaid debts, leaving his wife and children struggling to hold onto hope. But thanks to the incredible support from our donors, we worked to get his release papers, and what followed was a beautiful surprise that none of them saw coming.

We went to the court with his son, collected the release papers, and headed to the prison to bring him home. The father had no idea what was happening, and his emotional reaction, along with the joyful reunion with his son, brought tears and smiles to everyone.

Back at the camp, our entire team gathered to surprise the family with the father’s return, creating an unforgettable moment filled with tears of happiness and relief.
