This Super food most people throw away as a weed. It grows in most back yards. We use to feed these to our pigs in the Philippines and so had very healthy pigs. They are loaded with antioxidants and higher in Omega 3 fatty acids than any other greens. This tasty weed contains Vitamin A, C, and E. It has a slightly sour or salty taste, similar to Malabar spinach and watercress. Cooked in my recipes they are so tasty. My favorite was the Sinigang recipe, so good.
