Prelude Symphonic Ensemble (PSE) is an introductory string orchestra group designed for string students in 3rd through 12th grades with at least one year of playing experience who may not be ready for CYSO. With PSE students can:
Gain experience playing in a mixed-string ensemble.
Improve sight-reading skills.
Prepare for future placement with CYSO.

How do I join Prelude Symphonic Ensemble?
There are three requirements:
Students must have at least one year of playing experience.
Students must be participating in a school music program and/or take private lessons.
Students must audition to be admitted, as there is a minimum playing level required. See below for specific audition requirements.
