Ingredients -
(Serves - 2 People)
4 Chicken Wings
1 egg
3 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 Tbsp Corn Flour
1/4 cup Schezwan Sauce
1 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Garam Masala
3 Tbsp Sring onion bulb and greens (finely chopped)
Salt (as per taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
1/8 cup Water
Oil for frying
