Dəniz Mall Baku Azerbaijan

The design of Deniz Mall was developed by Tim Carran, CEO of Chapman Taylor. In one of his interviews, he stated that the project was to be completed in 2007, but resumed in 2014. The ready-made plans and drawings have been waiting for seven years.

The structure and unusual shape of the shopping center are taken from the octagonal star on the coat of arms and the national flag of Azerbaijan and the " Pearl " cafe.

The mall's eight "petals" were to consist of eight spacious halls that would allow for several major events at the same time. This idea was later abandoned and it was decided to create an entertainment venue.
