Hurricane Beryl makes landfall as Category 4 storm on Carriacou Island

FOX 13 Meteorologist Valerie Mills takes a look at the historic Category 4 Hurricane Beryl after it made landfall on Carriacou Island in the Caribbean. It became the earliest Cat 4 on record and carries strong maximum sustained winds into the Windward Islands.
