HI!! how long has it been since I've posted one of these? like a year? i'm so excited to be back!

if this is your first time taking my class, here are some helpful notes:
- try to find a spacious area with flooring (not too hard or rough).
- stand facing your device and mirror my movements.
- rewind and rewatch as many times as you need, as well as make adjustments if you wish.
- don't be too hard on yourself and have fun!
