Today’s sacred reflection came from a dream I received during an intentional day nap, where I asked Abba to show me what still needed healing.

The dream was complex—set in a school, with my earth mom near a fence, and a male friend who’s drifted in and out of my life since I was nine. Though I couldn’t fully unpack the details, two words emerged loud and clear:
Distortion and Fragmentation.

I woke up feeling disoriented.
But instead of spiraling, I anchored in Truth:

“I am already whole. I am already healed. I am already forgiven.”
Even so, I had to acknowledge that distortion can still arise when expired energy remains in our field, even with boundaries in place.

I came into remembrance that my Mother-Daughter contract has been completed.
That my body is attuned to 5D even if my outer world is still unfolding.
And that some people simply cannot come with me into what I’m creating—because their lesson is in my absence, not my presence.

This isn’t ghosting. This is sacred release.

Releasing someone with love and forgiveness may be the highest form of honor…
Allowing their path to teach them what our presence once protected them from.
