The weight of it all is so heavy
It grows lighter as days go by
When I lay in bed and I look at the moon
I cherish that we share the same sky

I wonder at all if you miss me
If I’m still sat in your mind
The way that you sit so fervent in mine
Counting the days the go by

Will one twelfth of a year make a difference
Could it honestly change my view?
Did you mean what you said
That you’d give me the world

Is there really a chance this is true?

New paths there are to discover
Could we uncover them ,us two?
Or this book a fiction, a fable, a myth
A story that’s brimmed with untruths ?
