In this video, we test the effects of weight on the performance of a mountain bike. We start with The budget-friendly carbon fiber Polygon Syncline and upgrade the wheels, tires, drivetrain, fork, handlebars, and seatpost. After each upgrade, we test the bike on a 6.5-mile loop with a mix of terrain.
