Here are my top 10 LinkedIn KPIs, not in any specific order, that I use to measure am I getting the best results from LinkedIn as I use it as a business tool.

SCRIPT:
#1 - LinkedIn Network
It must grow every day primarily around your Most Important Viewer (ie - target Audience) and their Influencers

#2 - Your LinkedIn Profile Views
Views of our LinkedIn Profile is one way we get discovered by new Most Important Viewers.

#3 - Appeared in Search Results
If our profile is built correctly, with the right keywords, showing up in more search results helps us to be found by more of the right people.

#4 - LinkedIn Social Selling Index
Simply stated, your SSI Score reflects the strength of your LinkedIn Profile (keyword rich & focus), how relevant your LinkedIn Network is to your LinkedIn Profile, the relevance of the content you share on LinkedIn Network and the depth & broadness of your relationships on LinkedIn.

#5 - Post Engagement
Getting engagement on the relevant and useful content we share is a great way to pull our Most Important Viewers into conversations. It’s all about conversations

#6 - Direct LinkedIn messaging with our Most Important Viewer.
Engaging directly on LinkedIn, with our Most Important Viewer is important for the relationship and business development.

#7 - Engagement outside of LinkedIn with our Most Important Viewer
Often the best conversations occur outside of LinkedIn. Face-Face, Phone, Email, Text. This is where the best conversations start

#8 - Referrals
Most of the time our best clients come from referrals. How often are people in your LinkedIn Network referring others to you?

#9 - Recognized by others
Being mentioned by your network on other people’s posts helps to expand your reputation to people who don’t yet know you.

#10 - New Business
At the end of the day the most important KPI is the amount of business you are getting because of the time you are spending on LinkedIn
