*Clarification on the title: At the time I got this card there was only one other recorded occurrence of this card existing outside of china/korea. I've had this card for the better part of a year and as far as I can tell, still no one else other than me and the other guy has this card in the USA, though that might have changed because they're a bit easier to get these days.
