Exhaust headers and turbo manifolds can be time consuming and tedious projects. Because of the high cost and specialized nature of mandrel bending machines, fabricators are forced to work with a selection of pre-bent J-bends and U-bends to cut and splice tubes to make complicated header configurations. Header Modeling Blocks allow you to prototype and build out a complete system prior to cutting and welding anything. Other helpful tools include tack welding clamps and cutting jigs for working with pre-bent exhaust tubing.
