WE MADE THE PERFECT MILK BREAD ROLLS USING THE ZOJIRUSHI BREADMAKER!! SO FLUFFY!!

So, we finally caved and got a bread maker... which is now just a fancy dust collector. I swore I’d be baking all the time, but let’s be honest—I’m a rice girl, and I’m trying to cut my carbs. But finally, here I am posting this horizontal video of the bread with a voiceover. And I'm hungryyyyy.

Alright, the recipe is from Bakeomaniac (https://bakeomaniac.com/hokkaido-milk...) or Kimchimari (https://kimchimari.com/milk-bread-bre.... I don't exactly remember cause I also used the recipe from the recipe book that came with the device. i know... i tried a lot of bread recipes when I was learning how to use it.

Anyway, flashback to when I tried making milk bread by hand, without a mixer or any real tools. That was when I was young, dumb, and broke. Now I’m old, still dumb, and still broke, but I’ve upgraded—I have a bread maker now! Well, the milk bread I made by hand was tough AF (seriously). Cause when I saw how fluffy and perfect the dough came out in the machine, I knew the bread gods had finally smiled upon me. haha

Anyway, if you’ve ever made milk bread in a bread machine, hit me up with your tips! Or just laugh along with me cause I am making all the mistakes in the book. 🍞 I guess I just have to learn the hard way.
