Hello! Welcome to The House of Parker! I am so glad you are here! If are new friends, thanks for coming by and thanks to all my returning friends for stopping by once again! In today's video I am deep cleaning my master bedroom! Plus you will see some de-cluttering and organization! And there will be lots of dusting motivation too!

The master bedroom should be a sanctuary; a place for relaxation. There will be no better time to deep clean your bedroom! Clean the windows, door knobs, moldings and baseboards-all those spots that go neglected. And vacuum and dust! Change the sheets! Wash the curtains if you have them! Give it a good refresh!



Helpful tips:
1.Wash linens weekly
2. Put it all away! Clutter creates anxiety!
3. Diffuse some lavender. Lavender is a natural alternative to sleep agents.
4. Shut down the screens! Read a book or listen to some calming music instead. This allows you to unwind and settle your brain.
