Palkachi Dal bhaji | डाळभाजी | Spinach Curry | Dal Palak

Ingrediants:

Palak / Spinach : 1 Bunch Chopped
Tur Dal cooked: 1 Cup
Oil: 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds: 2 Tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1 Tsp
Ginger garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves: 7-8
Hing : 1 Tsp
Red Chilli powder : 2 Tsp
Haldi : 1 Tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander powder: 2tsp
Cumin powder :1tsp
Tomato: 1/2 Chopped

Procedure:

Chop the Palak / Spinach roughly
Heat oil in Kadai
Add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds let splutter
Add Ginger garlic paste , curry leaves , hing Stir fry
Add Red chilli powder, Haldi, Salt, Coriander powder, cumin powder Stir fry for 1 min
Add Chopped tomato stir fry
Add Palak / Spinach
Stir fry for 2 min
Cover and cook for 3-4 min
Add Cooked Tur Dal
Combine together
Coker and cook till the curry boils
Boil as per the consistency required
Thicker the Better!!

Palak Dalbhaji is ready

Serve with Rice/Chapati/Roti
