How Diary of a Wimpy Kid Was Changed

The first Diary of a Wimpy Kid book was released in 2007, but what a lot of people don't know is this series started out as an online book that people could read on Poptropica with the author, Jeff Kinney, uploading a journal entry everyday. This series started in May 2004 and ended in June 2005, and it gained such good reception that Kinney decided to make it an actual book series, but in doing so, cut out some of the things from the online versions, and that's what we'll be talking about in this video.
