My kids held the mouth on the sorting hat causing it to brake. I could still hear the motor moving, but the mouth just clicked and didn’t move. This is how I fixed it.

Tools used:
1) very small flat screwdriver for opening the ziptie, you could also use the point of a knife or a paper clip. Alternatively you can just cut the zip tie and put in a new one when you’re done.
2) a philips (+) screwdriver
3) superglue, any cyanoacrylate (CA glue) will do.

This is my first “how to repair” video, so the quality might not be great, but I hope it helps you fix your hat :-)
