Former Prime Minister and founding Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Ahmed Khan Niazi, was shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Islamabad, during the night of February 23–24, 2026, for a scheduled eye treatment.
