Citizen make FORMMASTER® - PITTSBURGH LOCK FORMING MACHINE is a 9 Stations Heavy Duty Rollformer specially design to test the Lock Forming Quality of GI coating on Sheet Metal.

The Lock Forming Machine forms Pittsburgh Lock Seam with Pocket Depth of 10 mm on sheet metal of thickness range of 0.3 mm - 1.2 mm on one side of the rollformer and Pittsburgh Lock Seam with Pocket Depth of 12 mm on sheet metal of thickness range of 1.3 mm – 2.0 mm on one side of the rollformer.

The Pittsburgh Lock Seam rollformer machine can supplied in the standard form with Right Angle Flange Seam Roll Tool Set, Double Seam Roll Tool Set & Drive Cleat Roll Tool Set.
