Here comes part 4 of my little Yuletide series. I'm having great fun filming with you guys and today I show you how to make my peanutbutter chocolate treats, let's just call the Tinna's Treats! My boys love these and I hope you will too. here's the recipe:

200 g peanut butter (any type will do, I like the crunchy ones)
50 g powdered sugar
50 g rice crispies (or any similar cereal)
30 g melted butter
I forgot today when filming, but I usually add a pinch of salt too!

mix all thes ingredients together, form little balls and put on a plate. Best to keep the balls little, bite size. pop those in the freezer or the fridge for 15 minutes plus.

for the chocolate coating you need 300 g dark chocolate, or just any chocolate you like. melt the chocolate on very low heat in a pan. Coat the balls in chocolate and let cool in the fridge.
now eat and be merry!

My main goal with this little series is to maybe give a little christmas company during the yuletide, the month leading up to christmast can be a lot of fun ... but sometimes it's just stressful and perhaps you're lonely, missing your loved ones, and well I just thought it would be nice to hang out together. Hope you like the idea and perhaps wanna hang out with me while doing all your christmas preparations too. wouldn't that be just lovely!
