Andy's Man Club for me has personally been an absolute game changer in how I live my life. I first found AMC back in October 2022 and have never looked back, but who are they?

They are a men's mental health charity that offer a safe, non-judgemental space for men to talk and open up. You do not need to register, sign up or even pay a single penny! Plus you get a free brew and a biscuit! Winner!!!

The hardest thing you will ever do when you attend, is walk through the door for the first time that I absolutely promise you. They are open Monday evenings 7pm-9pm (excluding bank holidays) for men to come in and share how they are feeling.

You do not need to have a mental illness, a condition or anything of such a nature, you simply need to be a man!

I go on about AMC so much, but it's for a reason, it's honestly changed my life.

"At ANDYSMANCLUB, we want to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and create a judgment-free, confidential space where men can be open about the storms in their lives. We aim to achieve this through weekly, free-to-attend peer-to-peer support groups for men aged over 18."
