Attractive Clay work of Lotus and Swan.

To work the soil, the design was first drawn on paper in full size and finalized after making some changes. The drawing was traced by placing the soil on the ply and flattening it and placing the paper on it. So, just like the drawing was on the paper, the drawing came on the clay. As the drawing on the clay can be seen by removing the paper, I applied the clay by hand on it and made lotus flower and swan bird shapes.
First the clay gave all the shape. After shaping the clay,worked on the details. Low relief means that it stands out from the background, as it is carved around the edges.Where flowers and birds appear on top of their background. Thus the lotus flower and the swan bird were a lot of fun to work with. While working with the soil, interest gradually develops in it.
