Living alone in the desert for a few days always pushes me outside my comfort zone… but that’s exactly why I do it. In today’s vlog I take you with me into a remote canyon, where I test my off-grid skills, face my fears, cook without a lighter, try Starlink for the first time, and deal with the wild reality of sleeping alone in the middle of nowhere.

I’ve been living on the road for 11 years, and even now, every trip humbles me. The desert can be quiet… until it isn’t. Coyotes, mountain lions, weird noises, strangers walking out of canyons and somehow my feet still end the night dirtier than my thoughts.
I also show you the gear I rely on, how I stay warm at night, how I make my van into a home, and why I believe this lifestyle is NOT for everyone. You need courage, resilience, and the ability to stay calm when things get real whether that’s losing sunlight, losing internet, or losing both your lighters at the worst possible time.
But here’s the thing: even with the challenges, I wouldn’t trade this life for the world. I’m not alone out here, God is with me, and that keeps me grounded.
