take a very diligent inspection of the water hose connection on the seat side. The slip-in o-ring connection requires the keeper clip to be fully engaged into both grooves (the plastic elbow and the metal hose end) and on all contact points of the clip.

It's possible to install the clip hastily without engagement into the groove(s) and it will eventually catastrophically fail with a complete disconnect and full water pressure spraying out. Give the hose a gentle wiggle tug to test it's security.
