Pelinal vs Dagoth Ur Debate the Khajiit Question

Dagoth Ur Ur, the Sharmat, the antagonist of Morrowind is debating the Elfinator, the Divine Crusader himself from Oblivion's Knights of the Nine DLC whenever or not khajiit are beastfolk or are they actually elves. Pelinal argues that they are elves, while Dagoth Ur argues that they are farmtools. This debate is being moderated by Serana from the Dawnguard DLC of Skyrim, who is taking a more neutral stance.
