This video is about Aachen, Germany and its Cathedral - coronation church of more than 30 German kings, burial site of Charlemagne, major pilgrimage church.
In 1978 it was the first German building to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
The pedestrian city center is very lovely with many cafes and terrasses, nice shops and bakeries. A nice cup of ice cream after a long stroll around the town and off to the thermal bath for a long soak in a warm mineral water under the stars, but that's another movie ;)
