This collaboration between Zhang Ye, one of the most respected folk song singers in China, and Zhou Shen, a young rising superstar in the country’s music scene, is among the many memorable moments of the 2021 Spring Festival Gala. Zhang has performed in more than 20 Spring Festival Galas while this is the debut for Zhou. The latter is also known by international fans for his interpretation of Monsters, a song originally sung by British singer Katie Sky.
