The combination TYRON - twin-shaft pre-shredder & mobile starscreen ALVA with oversize recirculation

The mobile starscreen ALVA is designed for the screening of pre-shredded waste wood and is also suitable for biomass from green waste and roots. The screening of a specific fraction with direct return of the oversize material to the shredder is the job of the screening machine. The Shredding is carried out by the TYRON 2000 XL 2.0 in front of the screening machine.

The ALVA starscreen separates two fractions efficiently. The highlight is the Integrated Screw Conveyor for collecting and discharging the fine or specific fraction. The material is transferred to the discharge conveyor by the screw conveyor.
The oversize material can be automatically returned to the shredder or stockpiled by the radial discharge belt. ALVA is compact and impresses with an outstanding screening capacity of up to 200 m3/h. The machine is mounted on a hook-lift frame. The design on a hook-lift frame causes flexibility. The electric drive and the integrated screw conveyor guarantee maximum efficiency.
