🐢How To Increase Humidity🐢
1. Damp Cloth Rag- Placing a damp rag or small towel over the back of the tank top will help add and hold in humidity. Just make sure to check it daily to make sure it hasn't dried out.

2. Aluminum Foil- This won't add humidity but it will help maintain it. place on the back part of the mesh tank top.

3. Plastic Wrap- Same as the aluminum foil, it will help hold in humidity, placement same as the foil.

4. Reptile Fogger- These can range from $30 and up, so make sure if you do use one to clean it weekly to keep mineral buildup from happening. Unless you use distilled water, which is fine since they won't be drinking it. Do not use tap water since that contains chemicals

5. Humidifier- Pretty much the same as the fogger, filtered or distilled water is best.

6. Reptile Misting System- a popular one if Mist King, but there are many options for misting systems! best suggestion is to do your research as to which would work best for your tank, your budget, and you😊

🦎How to Decrease Humidity🦎
1. Fans- Use fans to move air within your room. some people even use small desk fans on top of their tanks, this also helps if you have planted tanks to simulate air flow for the plants!

2. Dehumidifier- using a dehumidifier will remove the moisture from the air, just make sure to empty it as often as suggested on the box, so it doesn't fill up and stop working, or overflow👍

3. Infrared Space Heater- If it's not to warm, a space heater can be used to dry out the air.

4. Custom Mesh Door- As mentioned in the video, be cautious when doing this and ensure the animal is in a safe part of the house that it won't be messed with by other pets or people. You can make a mesh door and have the glass enclosure doors open during the day to allow more air flow. make sure it is secure enough that the animal doesn't escape. I mention a few ideas in the video.

🐸Humidity guide based on the time of year🐸
(NOTE before misting always check what your humidity is sitting at. if say its at 70%, 2 to 3 sprays max would be needed, more will cause it to be way higher than you need it be. If its at 30%, then that would warrant a lot more spraying to be necessary. As mentioned tank size is important to so you don't spray too much or not enough)👍

Keep in mind if it is due to rain outside that will naturally raise the humidity of your house and your tanks👍😊
