Samir Kumar Mahaseth Biography Currently, Samir Mahaseth serves as a Bihar Cabinet Minister since 16th August 2022. He was also a member of legislative assembly of Bihar from Madhubani constituency from 2015 to 2000. Mahaseth was born on 8th January 1958 to Rajkumar Mahaseth. Later he completed his B.com degree from Ram Krishan College, Madhubani in 1977 and M. Com from L.N.M. university Darbhanga in 1979.
