Tommy Vercetti drives the Oceanic over to Starfish Island for the first time. He speaks to Ricardo Diaz at his mansion for business related purposes.

Mr. Diaz explains that he has been betrayed. 3% of his money has been stolen, so Mr. Vercetti must drive to the thief's apartment and make chase after the perpetrator.

The thief runs across the building tops and then gets on a BF Injection. Tommy tail the thief on a Faggio and gets the front tire shot out but he manages to reach the hideout of the thief.
