Katarzyna Dodd is a European-licensed psychologist, therapist, and author with decades of experience in emotional healing and personal transformation. She is the creator of the Inner Parent Theory—a groundbreaking framework that introduces the missing piece in the widely known Inner Child narrative. Her approach reframes healing as the development of the Inner Parent: a conscious, guiding structure that supports clarity, emotional safety, and deep integration.

Katarzyna also developed the Inherence® Process, a transformative method born from years of work in expanded states of awareness. It helps individuals reconnect with their deep Self and embody greater resilience, presence, and coherence. In 2006, she introduced Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to Poland, significantly influencing its integration into therapeutic practice.

Born and raised in Kraków, Poland, Katarzyna lived in the United States for over two decades before relocating to the Indian Ocean coast of Africa, where she continues to write, teach, and explore the inner architecture of human transformation.
