3️⃣ Bow the nerve at the flutes to confirm it’s stuck somewhere
4️⃣ prepare the patient with his leg straight at 45 degrees and the assistant ready to move the leg passively
5️⃣ Sink In with body weight, pisiform on soft thumb (so it can feel)
6️⃣ Take tension by pushing off same toes as treatment thumb and keeping core/elbows isometric
7️⃣ Stop taking tension right before you feel the skin start to pull
8️⃣ “Be a statue” while the adhesion Tears under your fingers
