The reverse split is a good thing both for the company and the members.
What this means is that if you have 10 OFCs and at current value (€0.2 per OFC) your total portfolio will be €2.
After the reverse split you will have 1 OFC and company will raise the value per OFC to €2. This means that after the reverse split there will be no change in your portfolio value it will stay the same as before.

What is the benefit for the company? It was important to do like this to reduce the number of OFCs so that when the company listing process is completed the external underwriters could easily allocate the Share options against OFCs.
What is the benefit for the members? Well this is another step closer to our listing process. Which is good thing for many.
