The stalker conned patent attorney Nelle Paegel into believing he was a real lawyer. Without Ms. Cornell's knowledge, he added Kelsey Grammer's name to a $100 million lawsuit on behalf of the victims (fans who had given their credit card info to TODHD.) The media released headlines that falsely stated "Lydia Cornell Sues Kelsey Grammer." Radar Online editor Jen Heger, was also duped into believing this man was a war hero and lawyer. Heger published the man's lies on RADAR ONLINE and refused to correct the story, wrongly claiming Cornell sued Kelsey Grammer. Lydia never sued her friend Kelsey, and when she tried to correct the story, Jen Heger told her to let it go and forget it. Ms. Cornell was asked to bring information to the FBI on the organized criminals behind TODHD, and did so over a period of three years. TMZ, Daily Mail, The Independent, Guardian UK, National Enquirer, In Touch, and dozens of other media outlets have failed to set the record straight. The question is: why wouldn't a journalist want to correct a false story? The suspicion is that Ms. Heger was embarrassed to have been duped by a convicted felon.
