A Penguin refugee moves in with a middle aged couple from Leeds.

Originally my grad film from Middlesex University London, this film soon after became a passion project that I worked on during the course of the Covid Pandemic. Animated in a mixture of real, physical puppetry with extra elements such as the eyes, legs and arms animated in TVPaint and After Effects.

On the festival circuit, the film picked up the award for Best Animated Film at Winbledon Animation Festival, as well as entering into a few other high profile filmmaking competitions such as the BFI Future film festival and Calgary IFF.
