Iu-Mien Community Services

Iu-Mien Community Services supports and develops healthy Iu-Mien families and communities through culturally responsive programs and services. The organization envisions a thriving Iu-Mien community in which its history is preserved, language is shared, culture is celebrated, and needs and aspirations are fulfilled.

Iu-Mien Community Services received funding through the Respite Partnership Collaborative, a Sacramento County Mental Health Services Act Innovation Project, funded by the County of Sacramento, Division of Behavioral Health Services through the voter-approved Proposition 63, Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). The Respite Partnership Collaborative is a public-private partnership of the County of Sacramento, Division of Behavioral Health Services, Sierra Health Foundation Center for Health Program Management and community members.
