Most people buy these weather stations, to be sorely disappointed that the backlight does not stay on. With the DOVEET Weather Station, this is no longer a problem, because it plugs in! The light can stay on at all times, and has high and low brightness settings. If you simply cannot stand an unsightly cord, this can also run on batteries, but the backlight will not stay on. DOVEET has included a sound activation mode that will turn the backlight on, make a sound and the light will stay on for 8 seconds.

Comes with one outdoor remote wireless sensor, and 2 more can be purchased and added for a total of 3. The display can even cycle through all of them. The outdoor sensor also has a small display for the temperature and humidity it senses.

The weather station display shows the time and date, barometric pressure, as well as the temperature and humidity, both indoors and out. Also shows the current trend, steady, up or down. The center has a forecast display for the current conditions. The clock can be set manually, or can be set via the atomic clock automatically, if you are in an area that can receive the signal. Also included is the "TempAlert" function, you can set a temperature to alarm at, and if the temperature goes above the high set, or below the low set temperature, an alarm will sound.

Excellent all around, and appears to be pretty accurate.
